During this time I have worked as a personal trainer, sports trainer, and health promotion officer. My areas of expertise include general health and fitness, nutrition, diabetes, body image, eating disorders, exercise, and injury prevention.

As a mother of two young children I now focus my attention on writing as a means of sharing my knowledge and experience with a larger group of people.
